About Us

Positive Pathways Services is an NDIS registered provider supporting people with disability through complex, high-needs, and transitional situations.

We were established to meet a clear gap within the NDIS system: participants with complex needs often require more than availability they require structure, consistency, and providers who can remain calm and accountable when situations are challenging.

Our team brings extensive experience across community support, residential care, hospital environments, and support coordination, with a strong focus on high-needs autism, complex mental health presentations, and hospital or residential discharges.

Alongside professional experience, we also understand the system from a family perspective. Navigating the NDIS personally has shaped how we communicate, plan, and support participants and their families particularly during times of uncertainty or transition.

This lived understanding informs our approach, while our work is guided by professional training, ethical practice, and clear systems of care.

At Positive Pathways Services, we work closely with support coordinators, guardians, clinical teams, and families to deliver supports that are consistent, well-structured, and aligned with safeguarding requirements. We intentionally limit capacity and assess suitability carefully before accepting referrals. This allows us to maintain stability, reduce escalation, and provide reliable support especially in complex or time-sensitive situations.

Our focus is not on being the biggest provider. It is on being the provider trusted when complexity is high. We understand how overwhelming complex support needs can feel, and we are committed to creating clarity, stability, and trust for everyone involved
